Criteria for Writing Supplies

Mechanical pencils must be EITHER refillable -OR- made with at least 30% PCW recycled content or 50% total recycled content.

Pens must be EITHER refillable -OR- made with at least 30% PCW recycled content or 50% total recycled content.

Permanent markers should not contain xylene or benzyl alcohol.
- Whiteboard markers should be refillable, have water-based inks and do not contain xylene or benzyl alcohol

No bad odor
We tried the orange refillable whiteboard marker. On the plus side, it does not have the bad smell of the other products. On the minus side, the orange color is a little on the light side. We have not tried other colors yet.
