Use it on all vehicles, including emergency vehicles that are not steering axel tires.

Retreading a tire costs 50% less than buying a new tire (see page 13).
Environmental & Health Information
Retreading a truck tire only uses seven gallons of oil. (Making a new tire uses 22 gallons of oil). Retread tires prevent thousands of tires from going to landfill each year.
